April 17, 2008 – 2:49 pm LIBERTY TWP. – Trustees voted to appoint Frank Peters as deputy fiscal officer during a special meeting Thursday morning, April 17. However, Peters, a lifelong township resident and a member of its finance committee, said he has no plans to apply for the position on a full-time basis.
